Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Huebly ("Huebly," "we," "us"). They cover your use of Huebly's website, app, AI features, agents, automations and integrations (the "Service"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you're using Huebly for a business or brand, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

The short version

  • Your content stays yours. We only use it to run the Service for you.
  • You're responsible for what gets published, including anything the AI helped write.
  • Only connect accounts you're allowed to manage, and follow each platform's rules.
  • Don't use Huebly for spam, deception or anything unlawful.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Huebly.
  • Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login secure. You're responsible for everything done through your account, including by teammates you invite.
  • Tell us straight away at legal@huebly.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

2. The Service

Huebly helps you plan, create, publish, automate and measure marketing content across the platforms you connect. We're constantly improving it, so features may be added, changed or removed. If we remove something you rely on in a paid plan, we'll give you reasonable notice.

3. Connected accounts

You can connect accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google Drive. When you do, you:

  • Confirm you own the account or are authorised to manage it and grant Huebly the permissions requested.
  • Agree to follow that platform's own terms and policies, including Meta's Platform Terms, the X Developer Agreement, TikTok's Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service and LinkedIn's User Agreement.
  • Accept that the platforms control their own APIs, and may change, limit or withdraw features, or restrict your account, for reasons outside our control.

You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings → Connections. We aren't responsible for a platform's decisions about your account or content.

4. Publishing and automations

Huebly publishes only when you tell it to, by publishing or scheduling a post, or by turning on an automation. Once an automation is on, it acts for you within the rules you set (for example, replying to comments automatically, or only after your approval). You're responsible for:

  • Everything published or sent from your accounts through Huebly, including automated replies and messages.
  • Setting sensible limits and reviewing automations regularly.
  • Having any consent the law requires before messaging people, and respecting opt-outs.

Publishing can fail or be delayed because of platform outages, API limits, expired connections or media that a platform rejects. Huebly shows you what happened, but we can't guarantee any post goes out at an exact time.

5. AI features and agents

Huebly uses AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and, if you choose it, OpenAI (ChatGPT) to generate captions, ideas, strategies, designs, insights and agent work. AI output:

  • Can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or similar to content generated for others. Treat it as a draft, not professional advice.
  • Is yours to review, edit and approve before you publish or rely on it.
  • Must be checked against each platform's rules and the law, including advertising, disclosure and intellectual property rules.

You must also follow the usage policies of our AI providers. Don't use the AI features to create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes others' rights.

6. Your content

You own the content you upload or create in Huebly, including AI output generated for you, to the extent the law allows ("Your Content"). You give Huebly a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, adapt (for example, resizing media or adapting captions per platform) and send Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including publishing it to the accounts you connect. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies already published or held in backups for a short time.

You confirm you have the rights to Your Content, including any images, music, trademarks or likenesses in it, and that publishing it won't break the law or anyone else's rights.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Huebly to:

  • Send spam, fake engagement, or bulk unsolicited messages, or manipulate platform metrics.
  • Publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, misleading or fraudulent.
  • Impersonate someone, or run accounts you're not authorised to manage.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
  • Break any connected platform's rules, or try to get around its limits.
  • Probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data.
  • Resell or give third parties access to the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content, pause automations, or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why unless we're legally prevented from doing so.

8. Plans and payment

Some features may need a paid plan. We'll show you the price, billing period and what's included before you subscribe. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time, with access continuing until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees aren't refundable except where the law requires or we say otherwise. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it applies from your next renewal.

9. Huebly's property

The Service, including its software, design, features and the Huebly name, logo and Sweet Spot mark, belongs to Huebly and is protected by law. These Terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely, with no obligation to you.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Huebly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service, with notice where reasonably possible. If we close the Service entirely, we'll give you time to export your data. Sections 6, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue after your account ends.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output or analytics will be accurate, or that your content will reach a particular audience or result. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights you have under law that can't be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Huebly isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. This includes losses caused by a connected platform's actions, or by content you or an automation you set up published. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

13. Your responsibility to us

If someone brings a claim against Huebly because of Your Content, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these Terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using Huebly after that, you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, disputes will be settled by the courts of Ghana, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

16. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Huebly about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't waived it. You can't transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
